3. Custom-Made Products
All yoga mats printed with AI-generated or user-uploaded designs are considered custom-made products.
For this reason:
- Custom or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors made by Alicetod.
- Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled.

4. Orders and Payment
